Hi there, well for the past week and a bit I’ve been doing
touch ups on Noels daughters house in Kommetjie, his daughter is considering
turning the garage into a teenage pad type thing with a little kitchen as
well, Should work out nice. The drawings
are still in sketch plan phase. Here’s the ground floor plan with the converted
garage:
I’ve also been working on the plans for council on the Glen
Cairn project, its coming along, the main idea and layout of the drawings are
all done including the boundary wall details it’s just the pergolas that need
details added to it as it is bit more complex. We also have to look more in
detail about how to baboon-proof the gutters and the so forth.
Going of the topic a bit, on the weekend my friends and I
were on our way to De Hoek near Gouda, anyway we got terribly lost, went
through the tunnel and landed up in Worster instead of wellington, woops but we
stopped and took a pic of this pretty cool church we found while lost so here
it is….
